The Spencer Trust.

This charity is run by Mr Peter Auger to support Kisiizi Hospital. They can reclaim income tax on donations. They have supported many projects at Kisiizi over the years. Sponsor a Nurse is a charity run by Dr Helen Smith which supports the general work at Kisiizi and also nurse's training and welfare to encourage them to stay at Kisiizi. Sponsor an Orphan (Wendy Stormont) is also linked to Sponsor a Nurse. Where appropriate income tax can be reclaimed on donations.

PLEASE Complete the paying slip with the above details and where there is space add information about the source of the donation. As soon as possible PLEASE email Kisiizi with the information from the paying in slip, including the date, amount, the source of the donation and the sort code for the bank where it was paid in. This really helps the finance team in Kisiizi work out where donations are coming from, otherwise they just appear as miscellaneous income on the bank statements.
